  • Who are these programs for?
    The programs and training sessions/ programs are for everyone...from teen to senior. Whether you have access to a gym or not, we can create something customized to meet your need.
  • How long are the programs?
    The Primal MVMNT (a total body-weight program) is 5 weeks long, while the Kettlebell MVMNT program is only 4 weeks. If you choose to go the custom-training-program route, we will program weekly/monthly to meet your needs
  • If I have an injury, or am recovering from an injury is there an option for me?"
    Yes! If you have been cleared by a physician to work out, than we can absolutely create a program that will help you build strength, stability and mobility around and including the recovering area.
  • What program would be best for me?
    There are SO many options when it comes to training. If you have questions or would like to set-up a call, please submit the contact form above and I would be happy to answer your questions.
  • What equipment do I need?
    The Primal MVMNT program is totally bodyweight, so you wont need any equipment! The kettlebell program requires you to have one or two kettlebells (I would be happy to answer any questions you have on kettlebell weight). For custom programs and one-on-one virtual training, we will come up with a plan that meets your needs from an equipment-availability standpoint.
  • I've heard that kettlebells hurt your wrists and your back...is this true?
    No. Kettlebells are inanimate objects and cannot produce injury. Bad technique produces injury. I promise to teach you the proper form for each movement so that you do not experience injury or wrist pain.
